Dr. Rotondo evaluates and treats patients at 611 W. Line Street in Bishop, perfect for OMT (Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment) as well as family medicine primary care. Patient appointments are unhurried, but also to the point, with time for Dr. Rotondo to listen to your healthcare needs.

 

Dr. Rotondo's office is primarily Direct Primary Care (DPC), the medical membership model. The following visit types do not require patients to be DPC members and are available on a "pay as you go" basis:

 

• First time, New Patient OMT visits are $299.

• Follow up visits are $225.

​

• Commercial Drivers License DOT Physicals and Pre-Employment physicals are $150.

​

• Dr. Rotondo is an "out of network" provider for insurance plans.​ This means patients pay in full at the time of service and Dr. Rotondo provides patients with access to a biller who will submit their claim to insurance.

• It is the patient's responsibility to ask their insurance company about their specific policy benefits.​​​
